How do I return an item?
Return policy- Cabin Fever will accept as a return for credit product in a condition that could be sold as new providing the product was purchased from Cabin Fever no more than 30 days prior to the date of return. Buyer must provide proof of purchase within the preceding 30 days and method of payment. Buyer shall be responsible for any shipping on returns and returns must be shipped in the original box and insured. All returns must be addressed to our post office box if sent via the U.S. Postal service:

Warranty- Cabin Fever offers a 1 year warranty on our product. If a stone chips, cracks or comes out please return the item to our post office box (insured, of course) and we will return it to the maker for repair. Please call or email us to let us know that there is a problem and provide date of purchase information in the package when sending it to us. We will send the repaired item to you after we have looked it over and confirmed that the repair is adequate.
